So I'm feeling pretty good about my garden this year. All the raised beds are in place, the vegetables are coming up on schedule, and it looks like that green thumb that has alluded me for so long is finally mine.
Here's a photo from about a month ago. Pretty nice, huh?
Uh, yeah. If only it were mine. This one is actually my over the fence neighbor's garden.
This is my garden.

One day, my friends. One day.

I'm loving the neighbor's garden. Good inspiration. :) But why does your garden look upside down?
Yes it is upside down. Blogger has a tendency to do that to my pics and by the time I noticed it, I had moved on to bigger and better things... Like laundry.
Don't say it like that! You should proudly declare that you're into minimalism, especially in gardening.
we went all out on the garden planting this year....raised beds...rocks around the beds, etc. Planted all sorts of fun stuff.
I'm totally over it now.
Hmmmm...I kinda like the minimalist look of your garden. At least it makes me feel less guilty that I have never even attempted to plant one!
i have two tomato plants and then a wad of flowers. nothing else fits in my back yard. and truthfully, i'd probably kill it even if it did.
so don't be ashamed.
At least there's no weeds.
I feel your pain. All I have is a whopping horseradish plant in a sea of dandelions.
Wow, your neighbors have an amazing garden. I have a feeling it looks even better this month. By the way, your new deck looks great!
